WHO
AM I?

I
was trained as health Physicist (Nuclear safety) and astronomist.
I received my first degree in Physics from Fast Neutron Research Facilities
(FNRF), Department of Physics, Science Faculty of Chiang Mai University,
Thailand, 1995. After reading for Master degree in Astronomy for
a year, I came across the scientific arena into political economy area
by pursuing study in political economy of innovation at TEMA institute,
Linkøping University, Sweden. In 1997, I received master degree
in Technology and Innovation Management from Science Policy Research Unit
(SPRU), University of Sussex, the UK. I went back to Thailand and
worked as policy and planning analyst at the National Science and Technology
Development Agency (NSTDA), Thailand. My responsibility focuses on
School of Technology Management and Thai Foresight Unit, including establishment
of the Innovation development fund and sciene technology and innovation
policy research department.

WHAT
AM I DOING?
I am now employed as a
Ph.D. researcher at the IKE Group and DRUID, Department of Business Studies,
Aalborg University since May 1999. My research topic is Institutional
and System Architecture: Agro Innovation System in Thailand. The
research focuses on the application of National Innovation System (NIS)
to developing economies, especially in Agribusiness and related sectors
such as transportation, biotechnology, information technology, management,
policy and individual and organisation participate in the system.
My interested areas included R&D management, Innovation management,
Philosophy of Science and Technology and High Tech Small and Medium sized
Enterprises (SME's) management.
